What this website is
We are a real estate channel partner. This website is a catalogue of projects built and sold by third-party developers, published so that you can find one and ask us about it. We are not the developer, the owner or the seller of any property listed here, and we do not build, approve or convey anything.
Nothing here is an offer
Every page on this website is an invitation to enquire. It is not an offer, not a contract, and not a reservation of anything. A property is yours only on a written agreement with the developer or owner, executed and registered in accordance with law.
Prices, areas and availability
Figures shown are as quoted to us by the developer and are indicative. We do not compute, adjust or guarantee any price, and we do not state what a property will cost you in total: taxes, statutory charges, registration and other costs are neither shown nor calculated here. Prices, areas, configurations, availability, plans, specifications, amenities and possession dates are set by the developer and change without notice to us. Confirm every figure with the developer before you act on it.
Photographs and plans
Images, renders, floor plans and master plans are supplied by developers and are indicative. An artist's impression is not the finished building.
Regulatory disclosure
Where a project is registered under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, its registration number is published on that project's page and you should verify it on the authority's own portal before booking. Projects in the United Arab Emirates carry their advertising permit where one applies. Our own agent registration, where required, is published in the footer of this website.
Sending an enquiry
Sending an enquiry is a request to be contacted, and it obliges neither of us to anything further. It requires your consent to be contacted on WhatsApp and by phone; what we do with what you send is set out in the Privacy Policy. Give us accurate details, and do not send an enquiry using somebody else's contact number.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- scrape, harvest, mirror or bulk-copy the catalogue or any part of it;
- attempt to reach any part of our systems you have not been given access to;
- probe, load-test or interfere with the website or its infrastructure;
- submit anything false, unlawful, or belonging to somebody else; or
- use anything here to build a competing listing service.
Our material
The design, text, arrangement and code of this website are ours. Developer names, project names, logos, photographs and plans belong to their respective owners and appear here with their material supplied to us for this purpose. Nothing here grants you a licence to reuse any of it.
Availability
We publish this website as it is and as available. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, complete or free of error, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on information published here that a developer supplied, changed or withdrew, nor for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction.
The Google-authorised application
Separately from the website, the Google-authorised application named
Evrnest Vista Associate performs one function: it uploads backup
archives that it creates to the Google Drive account that authorised it, and
removes its own older archives on a retention schedule. It requests the
drive.file scope only, which limits it to files it created
itself, and it does not read or alter anything else in that account. It is
private software with no public sign-up, authorised only by the owner of
that account, whose access may be revoked at any time. See the
Privacy Policy for detail.
Changes
We update these terms when what we do changes, and the date at the top is when they last changed. Continuing to use the website after that means you accept the revision.
